The summer of 2007 brought many changes to my family. We had moved from Wawa to run a business in Espanola. It meant leaving the town where I had grown up, my immediate family and the only home and school my children had ever known. As well, the move would take place without my husband as he was forced to maintain his job in Wawa and commute to Espanola on the weekends. It was a difficult time as we knew virtually no one in Espanola and missed the life we had left behind. |
